Vision

To educate, empower and encourage the next generation of athletes to know the importance of proper training methods to reduce risk of injuries and equip them with the right knowledge for them to do so. Our coaches are equipped with the latest Physical Performance Enhancement Knowledge from the US to deliver the latest training methods to the students. 

 

Objective

To improve the physical attributes of youths to reduce their risk of injuries and to increase their performance in their sports. 

 

Outcomes

Extra & Co-Curriculum: Our Activities

We emphasize on proper systematic development and character building through our programmes as we believe in the holistic development of our students. We also teach and educate our students on HOW to perform exercises and WHY we train the way we train. We believe in teaching children how to fish instead of giving them fish. 

Our PE Programme and After School Programme are catered to beginners and also advanced players as we want to see our students achieve their highest level in the sport they love and also having fun.

We believe in creating a holistic education that provides opportunities that will develop traits and attributes of successful individuals. To achieve this, we firmly believe in the participation of students in clubs / sports / extra-curricular activities that have been carefully selected and planned to fulfill students’ needs and interests in a fun and engaging manner.


We believe that these activities will foster teamwork, discipline, confidence and the understanding of hard work towards achieving a set goal. Through these activities, we are providing a platform for students to develop confidence and self-belief, traits crucial for the future.
